2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Connect coaches with students

  • Enable coaches to create and assign training notes

  • Track training progress and performance

  • Send push notifications about training updates and app activity

  • Improve and optimize the App experience

  • Provide customer support

3. Third-Party Services

We may share your information with the following third-party service providers:

  • Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication

  • OpenAI — AI-powered coaching features and voice note transcription. Voice and text data sent to OpenAI is processed according to OpenAI's Privacy Policy

  • Stripe — Payment processing (when payment features are active). Payment data is handled according to Stripe's Privacy Policy

  • Expo / EAS — App delivery, updates, and push notifications

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. Account credentials are handled through Supabase's secure authentication system. Sensitive data on your device is stored using encrypted local storage.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Camera and Photo Access

The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of setting a profile photo. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose.

6. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications regarding training updates, coach-student communications, and app activity. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

  • Opt out of push notifications

  • Withdraw consent for data processing

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
